Win a Grazing Table for Christmas!

Terms & Conditions

General:

1. Facebook Competition, see our facebook here:

2. This competition opens 16/11/19 at 6pm.​

3. This competition closes 16/12/19 at 6pm.

4. Winner announced 16/12/19 at 7pm.

Prize:

1. A full Grazing table for 30-40 people, set up on Christmas Day at 10am or 1pm (winners choice of time).

2. Grazing table will be built from items in our Grazing Menu.

3. Once grazing table is set up, we will leave.

4. Cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Cannot be exchanged or traded for another Smoke N Float item.

6. Only valid for use on Christmas Day at either time above.

Valid Entries:

1. You must "like" & "share" the post on Facebook (make sure it is public) and comment what you love most about Christmas! 

2. 1 entry per person.

3. Anyone from outside Palmerston North may enter, provided that you pay for the travel fees before 20th December, 2019.

4. Palmerston North entries incur no travel fee.

Winner:

1. Winner will be selected via best comment on the Facebook post and successful entry requirements in section 1 of Valid Entries of these terms & conditions.

2. Winner will be announced and congratulated publicly at 7pm 16/12/19.

3. Winner will be contacted via facebook message/comment/tag.

4. Winner must make contact within 48 hrs of being announced. We will choose another winner if no contact from first winner has been made.

5. Winner can nominate the prize to be gifted to another person, provided that the nominee contact us once they have been nominated.

6. Winner or nominee must fill out a form with Smoke N Float providing venue address, contact details, and terms & conditions acknowledgment. The form can be returned via email to us.

Grazing Menu:

1. Our grazing menu can be located here: 

2. There can be no substitutions or dietary requirements requests. 

3. Our grazing menu's known allergens may consist of Soy, Dairy, Gluten, Citrus, Vinegar, Salts, Eggs, Sugars, & Nuts (no peanuts, but it may be present in the chocolates) .

4. By signing the Smoke N Float winners form and acknowledging these terms & conditions,  winner or nominee is fully aware that Smoke N Float can not be held liable for any allergic reactions caused to the winner, nominee, or their guests by eating the foods from our grazing table.

5. Winner or Nominee fully accepts responsibility for those with allergies who may eat from the Grazing Table.

Grazing Table:

1. Winner or Nominee must provide a trestle table (approx. 1.8m long) for us to set up the Grazing Table.

2. Please ensure the table is easily accessible for us.
